酥炸左口撻沙魚柳

酥炸左口撻沙魚柳
Deep-Fried Arrowtooth Flounder Fillet

材料:
• Smart Choice左口撻沙魚柳 2磅
• 辣椒粉1/2 茶匙
• 蒜粉1/4 茶匙
• 洋蔥粉1/4 茶匙
• 乾百里香1小撮
• 鹽1/2 茶匙
• 黑胡椒1/4 茶匙
• 麵粉1 杯
• 牛奶1/2 杯
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds Smart Choice Arrowtooth Flounder Fillets
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 pinch dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup milk
做法:
1. 將魚柳解凍,清洗乾淨抹乾水;
2. 在炸鍋中燒熱油至375 °F;
3. 在一深碗內混合辣椒粉、蒜粉、洋蔥粉、百里香、鹽、黑胡椒及麵;
4. 牛奶倒到另一碗內;
5. 先把魚柳在牛奶內浸一下,滴走多餘牛奶。再放入麵粉混合物中,把混合麵粉覆蓋魚柳;
6. 把魚放入熱油中,炸至魚塊浮起及表面呈金黃色。撈起放在廚房紙上吸去多餘油份。
7. 可配以他他汁或其他醬汁趁熱享用。
Instructions:
1. Defrost the fish fillets from frozen, wash, drain and dried with towel.
2. Heat the oil to 375 °F in a deep, heavy skillet or deep fryer.
3. Mix together the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, black pepper, and flour in a shallow dish.
4. Place the milk in another shallow dish.
5. Dip the flounder fillets first in the milk, letting any excess drip off. Then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture, coating the fillets completely.
6. Add the fish to the hot oil, and cook until they start to float and are lightly browned. Remove the fish to paper toweling to drain.
7. Serve hot with tarter sauce or other dipper sauces.
