材料:

• Smart Choice黑魚鮫2件
• 海鹽適量
• 油適量

Ingredients:

• 2 pieces Smart Choice Black Cod Collar
• A pitch of sea salt
• Cooking oil

做法:

1. 將黑魚鮫解凍,去鱗,清洗乾淨抹乾水;
2. 用海鹽塗抹魚肉部份醃15分鐘(鹽的份量請按魚大小及個人口味自行調較);
3. 在魚肉上掃上一層薄油,放在己掃油的錫紙或牛油紙上;
4. 放入預熱200 °C的焗爐焗約15分鐘至魚肉熟透及表面呈金黃色;
5. 如想增加焦香味,可將焗好的黑魚鮫放在鐵架上,用火槍將表面燒至微焦便完成。

Instructions:

1. Defrost the black cod collars, descaling, wash, drain and dried with towel.
2. Season the black cod collars with sea salt for 15 minutes.
3. Spray a thin layer of cooking oil on the black cod collars, place them on a baking pan with foil paper or baking paper, skin side down.
4. Bake the fish under 200 °C for around 15 minutes until the black cod collars are done and turn to golden brown color.
5. You can grill the baked black cod collars with flame gun to add the smoky aroma.
