Avocado Shrimp Salad

​材料:

• Smart Choice 泰國熟白蝦仁 300克
• 牛油果2 個 – 去皮、去核及切粒
• 蕃茄2 個 – 切粒
• 生菜2 杯 – 切絲
• 鹽及胡椒粉適量
• 青檸汁2湯匙

Ingredients:

• 300g Specific Choice Thai Cooked P&D Shrimp
• 2 avocados – peeled, pitted, and cubed
• 2 tomatoes – diced
• 2 cups lettuce – shredded
• 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons lime juice

做法:

1. 將熟白蝦仁解凍,去乾水及用毛巾抹乾;
2. 將牛油果、蕃茄、白蝦仁及生菜放入大容器內,拌勻;
3. 加入適量鹽及胡椒粉調味;
4. 拌入青檸汁,冷吃味道更佳。

Instructions:

1. Defrost the Thai Cooked Shrimp, drain and dried with towel.
2. Stir together avocadoes, tomatoes, shrimps, and lettuce in a large bowl.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Stir in lime juice. Serve cold.
