泰式鹽焗蝦

Thai Shrimp Roasted in Spiced Salt

​材料:

• Smart Choice泰國有頭白蝦300克
• 鹽 600克
• 紅蔥頭2個,略拍鬆
• 黑胡椒碎1湯匙
• 薑6片
• 蒜肉6瓣,切半

Ingredients:

• 300g Smart Choice Thai Cooked White Shrimp
• 600g salt
• 2 shallots, slightly crushed
• 1 tablespoon ground black peppercorn
• 6 slices of ginger
• 6 cloves of garlic

做法:

1. 將泰國有頭白蝦解凍,去乾水及用毛巾抹乾;
2. 用中火燒熱鍋子,放入鹽、紅蔥頭、黑椒碎、薑及蒜肉;
3. 用中火炒約4-5分鐘至有香味及鹽變成赤黃色;
4. 將鹽舖平,將蝦放在鹽上,平均分佈,然後蓋上蓋;
5. 用中火煮4分鐘便可上碟。

Instructions:

1. Defrost the Thai Cooked White Shrimp, drain and dried with towel.
2. Heat the pan up with medium heat, add salt, shallots, ground black pepper, ginger slices and garlic, mix them together.
3. Stir the ingredients on medium heat around 4-5 minutes, until the ingredients are fragrant and the salt turned light brown colour.
4. Put the shrimps evenly on top of the salt, cover with lid.
5. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes and serve.
