Chef’s Choice Recipe – Shrimp Balls Tofu Hotpot

1 Pack of "Chef's Choice" Shrimp Ball
1 Box of tofu, around 350ml
400ml Chicken Broth
5 slices of ginger
1. Dice the tomatoes and tofu, chopping the parsley;
2. Place the ginger slices in the pot, put the diced tomatoes in, pour in the chicken broth and cook over high heat until boiling;
3. Put the diced tofu in and cook until boiling again. Add the “Chef’s Choice” Shrimp Balls, cook for another 1 to 2 minutes and seasoning with salt. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
*The “Chef’s Choice” Shrimp Ball is the semi-cooked product without adding any artificial additives. In order to retain the best and the springy texture, it’s suggested not to overcook under high heat.
